While speaking to the cast of the new SPACE show Being Human — yes, this is the American version of the British hit about a vampire, werewolf and ghost living together — The DLB asked stars Sam Huntington (the werewolf) and Sam Witwer (the vampire) about their other horror-related projects.
Was it $4000 well-spent? Fans of lo-fi cinematic dementia will find out tomorrow (Oct. 19) when notorious low-budget filmmaker Bill Zebub’s 2006 doll epic “Dolla Morte” gets a DVD release via Wild Eye Releasing.
The DLB received his copy of the new Rue Morgue in the mail yesterday, and although he only has one tiny movie review in this issue (much of my efforts are going into my RM blog here: http://rue-morgue.com/blog/archives/author/sean/) , that’s no reason not to pick it up, especially when you’ve got all this tasty stuff to keep you entertained and so many nasty pix to freak out your fellow subway riders.
